Somatic Therapy

When we learn to meet ourselves with compassion and presence, we begin to lead, relate, and live from our authenticity. I am a practitioner and perpetual student of Compassionate Inquiry, a trauma-informed therapeutic approach developed by renowned Gabor Maté, aimed at helping people get to the root cause of their distress and self-destructive cycles. I integrate Compassionate Inquiry, along with other somatic methods such as Authentic Movement to help clients build safety in their bodies and move towards wholeness.

I can support you with:

  • Healing and Integrating Trauma
  • Stress and Anxiety
  • Burnout and Depression
  • Stuckness and Addiction
  • Disordered Eating
  • Grief and Loss

Leadership & Team Coaching

Leadership today demands more than strategy—it asks for presence, courage, and emotional depth. Real leadership is relational. Whether you’re guiding a team through uncertainty, navigating complex change, or striving to build a culture of trust, how you show up matters more than what you say. This work invites you to lead from the inside out—with compassion, clarity, and embodied integrity. If you’re ready to explore a different kind of leadership—one rooted in connection and transformation—this is where the real work begins.

  • Compassionate Leadership in Action
For leaders who want to lead with presence, empathy, and authenticity—without losing strategic clarity.

  • Trauma-Informed Leadership & Team Healing
For executives and managers seeking to understand the impact of trauma on themselves, their teams, and the wider organization—and lead with care and clarity.
  • Brave Conversations & Psychological Safety
For leaders who must communicate through tension, navigate hard truths, and build cultures where people feel safe to speak and be seen.

  • Embodied Leadership in Times of Change
For changemakers who understand that how they show up—emotionally, physically, and relationally—matters more than what they say when guiding teams through uncertainty.

“One sees clearly only with the heart. Anything essential is invisible to the eyes. ”

Antoine de Saint-Exupéry

Compassion, authenticity, and courage aren’t strategies—they’re ways of being.

Expat Support

I come from a lineage shaped by migration—my Polish parents fled communism in the 1980s in search of freedom, and I grew up in the cultural mosaic of Los Angeles. For the past decade, I’ve lived in Belgium as an expat, raising my son alongside my partner and our beloved pets. I understand the emotional terrain of expatriate life—not just the logistics, but the loneliness, the identity shifts, and the invisible grief that often go unnamed.

Studies show that expats experience significantly higher rates of anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders compared to non-expat populations. The pressure to adapt, the loss of familiar support systems, and the challenges of accessing culturally attuned mental health care can leave many feeling isolated and emotionally untethered. As a somatic therapist and Compassionate Inquiry practitioner with years of experience in international environments, I offer a space for expats to reconnect to themselves—through the body, through compassion, and through grounded presence. This is support that honors your complexity, your transitions, and your truth.
