About me
I’m an internationally practicing somatic therapist, coach, and facilitator. I support clients in reconnecting with their bodies, healing trauma, and stepping into purposeful transformation—wherever they are in the world.
I spent over a decade leading teams and managing strategic projects in high-paced agency environments—collaborating with corporate organizations as they navigated change. Alongside this, I supported individuals in their professional growth as a motivation coach and mentor, helping people rise, lead with purpose, and reconnect with their deeper values.
I began to see with painful clarity how many leaders—including myself—were making decisions from places of unconscious wounding and disconnection. These choices weren’t just personal; they rippled outward, shaping the culture and energy of entire organizations. They showed up as burnout, toxic team dynamics, chronic misalignment, and a loss of genuine connection.
This led me to a burning question: How do we reconnect to our authenticity in a world that constantly pulls us away from it? How do we return to ourselves— our truth—so we can show up with integrity, compassion, and presence for those we lead, love, and live alongside?
“The only way out, is though”
Robert Frost’s poem Servant to servantThis question became the compass for my life. I knew that to truly embody the change I longed to see, I had to begin with myself. So I chose to leave the agency world and devote myself to the healing arts, with the intention of bringing these insights to individuals, communities, and organizations alike.
Since then, I’ve trained in Compassionate Inquiry, Somatics and Embodiment, and Movement Therapy—modalities that have helped me reconnect with my own body, truth, and presence. I now weave these approaches into my coaching and therapeutic practice, offering an integrative, trauma-informed space for others to do the same. What I’ve come to understand through this journey is that healing isn’t just about insight—it’s about integration. And integration begins in the body.
“This work is not about feeling better, but getting better at feeling.”
Michael BrownThe body, I’ve discovered, is the missing piece of the puzzle. It holds the imprint of our conscious and unconscious traumas and wounds—not just in memory, but in our nervous system and tissues. Talking alone can’t reach these places. When we invite the body into the process, we begin to illuminate the unconscious beliefs, patterns, and coping strategies that quietly shape our lives and limit our authenticity.
So whether you’re a professional struggling to lead a disconnected team, an individual navigating addiction or anxiety, a parent caught in challenging relationship dynamics, or simply someone feeling the quiet ache of disconnection—this work is for you. It’s for those who feel the call to transform. To release what’s no longer aligned, reclaim your inner power, and live and relate with clarity, compassion, and heart.
